5 2022 Maserati MC20

This year Maserati rejoins the supercar game after 18 years. These days, they’ve been building coupes, sedans, and SUVs, but they haven’t made any really special cars since the MC12 in 2004. The MC20 has been designed to compete with the NSX, R8, and Porsche 911. Unlike the NSX, the R8 , and the Porsche 911. MC12, MC20 are built in house instead of being a Ferrari with different skins.

3 2022 Porsche 911 Turbo S

For years, the Porsche 911 Turbos have been at the pinnacle of sports car engineering, and the benchmark every other supercar is aiming for. Porsche continues to refine the 911 to improve its engine, driving dynamics and comfort while maximizing its engagement level. It’s not that hard to drive but it’s not for beginners either. When a car goes this fast, the error threshold is very slim.

To achieve this kind of performance, Porsche has a twin-turbo flat 6, which makes 640 hp and is good for an incredible 0-60 time of 2.1 seconds with a top speed of 205 mph, limited only by drag. These numbers are above the Z06 in terms of acceleration, and the Turbo S brakes faster. Despite being a rear-engined car, it is capable of cornering better thanks to AWD and is nearly 100 pounds lighter than the Z06.
