Jefferson, MO (September 6, 2022) – A woman and child are hospitalized after a motor vehicle accident that occurred in Jefferson County on Sunday night. At approximately 4:40 p.m., on September 4, police viewing the garden with the Missouri State Highway Patrol received a notification that their assistance was needed at the scene of the accident on Lynch Road.
Initial reports indicated that a 2012 Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck was pedaling south on Lynch Road. At the same time, the 2021 Dodge Ram 2500 pickup truck was speeding north on the highway. For unknown reasons, Silverado crossed the middle of the road and crashed into Dodge. Both vehicles had to be towed from the scene due to the damage suffered.

The victims were identified as 38-year-old Nicole Olson and a 5-year-old woman, both from Cedar Hill, Missouri. Olson was taken to Mercy Hospital South, where he was treated for his injuries.
